Liebling - or My Darling in German, is a unique brand of handmade womens’ shoes manufactured in Israel.

Created by an unlikely duo, Karni Reshef and Lior Livne – an art student and an animator, each liebling shoe is an independent object which entails a dialogue with its surroundings.

Karni and Lior created this label with the main philosophy that comfort and aesthetics are necessarily interrelated.

The handmade shoes are produced in limited editions in Tel Aviv. The materials are carefully chosen and Lior & Karni keep a firm eye on the production. 2009 saw the opening of their studio boutique on a quiet street in the heart of Tel-Aviv.

The shoes as you can see here, are a rare combination of femininity and male perspective. The vintage design reflects a sophisticated work process with fascinating details and a focus on beauty and comfort.
